In April 2017 Argent Related and Haringey Council signed a Strategic Development Partnership (SDP) to regenerate the heart of Tottenham Hale.
The SDP provides a formal framework for a development programme which includes around 925 much-needed new homes including open market sale, build to rent and shared ownership properties, with the aim of delivery over the next five years.
Argent Related’s sites, which cluster around Tottenham Hale Station, will also bring new shops, cafes and restaurants, and community facilities.
The first site consulted on is the Welbourne plot. The proposals include around 160 new homes and space for a new 17,000 sq ft health centre to serve local people.
Our first public exhibition took place on 19 and 21 October 2017.
